The workman was professional and curteous.....and his repair work was very good. The only problem i had was that I had a confirmed 9 a.m. appointment for the work to be done which was set up with the workman's supervisor. The supervisor called me 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment and asked for "directions".....from Lowell, MA....which is over an hour from my home!!!....The workman showed up over an hour late which caused me to lose valuable time at work.....i asked for a reduction in the charge for the inconvenience to me which was granted.....other than that.....i'd recommend their services to my friends....

The Modco team was polite, neat and professional and did an excellent job repairing my carpet for a very reasonable price. Since they also sell carpeting, I may use them in thefuture.
