Of the 3 contractors who called ,IIW was the one who promised to get to my house within a 1/2 hour and did. Found and fixed the problem within an hour and my A/C was up and running. I thought their price was reasonable. The only reason I am not givng them a full 5 stars is that I am still waiting for my promised receipt and a quote on better filters than I am currently using ( and it has been over a week)

Tom responded almost immediately and arrived in short order. He was thorough in his check of the system and the repair. He stayed to make sure everything was running well. He also was more than fair in his price. I would call him again and will consider him when we replace our very old system.

Thomas performed a preventative maintenance on our Central A/C and installed a new programmable thermostat for the house. He was very professional, the cost was reasonable and he was very thorough! I will begin to use Tom’s services as our furnace maintenance source in the fall and for any emergencies that may arise. I will definitely recommend him to others.
