The cleaning crew were early - they went right to work - they were here for about 2 hours. they had me check their work when competed & explained everything that they cleaned. They were excellent. I was very pleased with how clean my bathrooms came out. Would definitely recommend them.

Install Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 02148
Concept Energy worked clean and effeciently, and had the project wrapped up on time. Joe was very patient in answering my many questions, and explaining how the heating system worked. The blower wasn't functioning properly the following day and Joe and his employees were back to remedy the problem within a few hours of my call. I'd definatley use Concept Energy again.

Clean Dryer Vent in 01773
They were able to schedule my job (inspecting/cleaning dryer vents) for the next morning, and they arrived on time. While there, they asked whether I also needed my heating system inspected and cleaned. As it had not been done in many years, I agreed. Therefore the price was higher than quoted, but not unreasonable for systems that had not been maintained. They also found and corrected a defect in how the heating ducts had been connected during construction. Professional, pleasant, thorough throughout the job, which took about 2 hours. I would hire them again,
