Clean Up Job-site after Construction in 02120
This was a post construction clean-up in a three story townhouse. They arrived with about seven people, which I think was too many since there was no way they could all be supervised properly. Some of the workers had been with Courteous for some time, others were recent part-timers. Some were very diligent and competent, others less so. But on the whole the house was well cleaned, although given the mess at the beginning, I would have to say they did a good job, even if a few bits and pieces were left undone. Mr Benjamin is extremely concerned to do a good job, and did some extra trash removal which I deeply appreciated.

We use 1st Choice for our general cleaning, every two weeks. We have found Nathan (boss) to be straightfroward to deal with, honest and hard-working. He thinks about what he is doing and he and his team get good results. I would recommend this company.
