He did the work as expected and cleaned up afterward. There was a communication problem at one point because I wasn't sure if he was going to finish the job, but he did come back and complete it. I would also recommend that he should try to bring some plywood along to avoid lawn damage from his truck. I have tracks in my front lawn from the truck that probably will need some work to repair.
