After my online request, there was an immediate follow up phone call from Rick. We discussed the rates for my cleaning project, where I also learned they offer 30% off for first time customers. We picked a date and time (they were flexible with my boyfriend's work schedule) and they even called ahead of time the day of arrival to let my boyfriend know they were on their way.
Two employees showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They were both friendly and professional and answered any questions I had regarding the cleaning process. Overall , I was very pleased with Red Carpet.

Nathan returned my call for service within 5 minutes. He informed me exactly how he would work and what he would do. He scheduled the work within 3 days. His prices were much better than a previous contractor. His work was excellent. He cleaned my sofa, rugs and pillows. He left the area in my house so clean you wouldn't have known he had been there. He was educational and told me how long to wait before using, etc. All around excellent service! Thank you. It's a real value to access to vendors who are pre-qualified.
